Property blueprints for Epstein's secluded tropical island among the released materials.
Also contained in this new photograph drop appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had created plans to transform the substantial island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a pool.
Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is marked up in red pen markings and features a key detailing different areas of the land.
In addition to this are what appear to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, such as designs for boat shelters.
More documentation made public as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
